The other day I showed a closer look at two of my hope valley quilts. Here are the last two of the series… starting with #4
This one is quite similar to quilt #2, but on a rose colored background with the blocks positioned in the upper corner instead. Rather than spacing these blocks, I sewed them all together and then added a white border to that large block so they’d stand out from the purple solid background.

I did the same random straight line quilting, again with a few double stitch lines for fun.
And then the last, which is actually the first one I made of this series
I did a thin border of the purple/rose solid to make the blocks appear larger, and then sashed it all in the solid white (Kona Snow, if you want to be precise!)
The backing of this one has a few pieced vertical strips on a white background. I quilted it on the diagonal, with my favorite – a double diagonal in one direction and a single line in the other direction.
These two have joined the other two in the shop!
