I need a little break. It turns out that blogging can be hard work, and while I usually really enjoy it, I’m currently in a bit of a blogging funk, and that certainly doesn’t make for interesting reading. Unfortunately there can be some negative ramifications that come with putting your work online. Usually I try not to let those parts of blogging bother me, but lately it’s been getting to me. I know I’m not the first to feel this way, nor will I be the last, and I’m hoping that a little break might be just the ticket.

I can’t leave you without a photo, so here’s a shot of what I’ll be working on – trying to get all 49 of these blocks sewn together into a quilt top, without completely losing track of the order! I even went so far as to label them… we’ll see if that helps!
