a project for the long weekend

My goal is to get the sashing cut and at the very least get the rows sewn together. It’s a bit of a maze trying to get through the house at the moment!

Um, those are on your floor, right? How on earth are you able to get up and down to arrange them? I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant and would have a serious issue with laying out a quilt on the floor right now.

Love the choice of fabrics though!

Good luck…can’t wait to see it done! Oh, and enjoy being able to lay your projects on the floor. It won’t be long before you have a little one crawling around trying to “help” mommy 🙂

I especially love the squares that are half on floor and half on the rug. It looks like they are crawling all over your house, which it sounds like they are. Oh, the space we relinquish to our quilts… best to you.

Well a little mess is worth it, to see it all together right? It is going to be a lovely collection of fabrics, great way to show off a collection of OOP fabrics, I would never part with the quilt.
