A box of vintage fabric & another new project

How exciting to find a box of goodies in the mail today! I won these vintage sheet pieces over at For the Journey. Since I knew that Dallas was splitting them up to provide sets for several others as well, I wasn’t expecting such a large variety – wow! Thanks Dallas!

I had a great time taking out each piece and thinking of all the possibilities. Of course, I’m thinking of a quilt – no surprise, right? I remembered that I also have this one lone sheet, which I’ll probably add to this collection. Maybe the backing?

I’m thinking it will have to wait until after Christmas, but who knows…

For now I’ve started cutting fabric for another project. I just can’t help myself!
