Llama Fabrics giveaway!

Happy Friday! It’s been a while since we’ve had a giveaway, so hopefully you’ll be up for one today! Chio at Llama Fabrics always offers the best giveaway prizes, and today is no exception. She’s just received Tula Pink’s latest line, Fox Field, and she’s offering up a fat quarter bundle of all 27 prints from the line.

foxfield1

You may remember me mentioning Llama Fabrics in the past, and I hope that you’ve had a chance to take a look at Chio’s shop. She’s really the sweetest, most generous person and I’ve been so very pleased with the orders I’ve placed with her. Just recently I found I needed one of Anna Maria’s Dowry prints for a quilt backing and I was in a bit of a time crunch. I was so pleased to find that Chio offered that print, because I knew that it would ship out quickly, and indeed, I had a response from Chio about my custom order within an hour of emailing her. My fabric shipped out immediately and I was able to get that quilt finished up in time (here’s a photo of that backing while I was handsewing the binding).

So if you find yourself in need of some fabric – be it a fat quarter bundle, yardage, or perhaps a custom order, I hope you’ll pop on over to Llama Fabrics! You’ll find Chio offers great prices, a great selection and super fast shipping.

Would you like to win this bundle? Just leave a comment here – feel free to tell me what you’re currently working on, what your plans for the weekend are, what your favorite new fabric line is, or what you look for in an online fabric shop (or anything interesting, really!). Those of you outside the US will be pleased to know that Chio is willing to ship internationally, so this giveaway is open to all! I will close the comments Sunday evening and will select and announce the winner at that time. Thanks for playing, and thanks in advance for taking a peek at Chio’s shop. And of course, a big thanks to Chio for offering up such a great prize!

Update: Comments are now closed. I’ll select and announce a winner soon!

At the moment I’m working on a quilt I started 3 years ago. I’m almost done with the machine quilting on my little Brother, then the binding, then the gifting. I’m so excited about this it’s ridiculous. I don’t even know why I didn’t finish it the first place! Anyway….that’s what I’m working on.

Or, liberated square in square??) for a wedding (still in planning stage!)

I love your website and we use your tutorials in our quilting group – the last one was the scrappy flags. Thanks for sharing your ideas and patterns

Glorious morning here in Northern California. All the new fresh green gets me itching to do a riot of colors spring quilt. All free form, no rulers, just play, play, play. (a technique I thought up that we call The Potholder Quilt because my sister wanted to her first quilt project to be a set of potholders, but she kept cutting and sewing and ended up with a queen sized quilt. It’s perfect for beginners because you machine quilt the squares before you sew them together). Thanks for the giveaway and all the inspiration you send our way.
