My goal is to get the sashing cut and at the very least get the rows sewn together. It’s a bit of a maze trying to get through the house at the moment!

Good luck! You’re like me – I never iron my fabric before cutting unless it’s really wrinkled!
wow! that’s an impressive stash of FMF! can’t wait to see it come together!
Love all those bits of color. Can’t wait to see how it all comes together either.
This picture makes me hyperventilate just a little.
i think i’m inspired. i need to getting cutting into mine…i’ve used pieces in lots of quilts but never all in one…i think maybe i need to. have a great long weekend!
Ohhhh . . . that looks fun! Good luck with your progress this weekend. Nothing like a long weekend and a sewing project!
OOOohhh… is for the baby or can i look forward to buying it in your shop???
I am so jealous of all of your FMF!! I can’t wait to see this one finished!
*beautiful fabrics* Looks like my home most days LOL
Can I just say that I love looking at that pic and seeing all the unironed squares….it gives me a bit of hope
Savor these times when you have a baby this won’t be an option
Loving your choice of fabrics. Isn’t it great when random patterns and colours are put together they just seem to harmonise. Brave selection! Judith xo
Awesome colours!
You must not have a cat!
Looking forward to seeing this sewn together.
But, oh, what a maze!
Fun! How big are the squares, and what color sashing??
loving that photo!
wow that’s going to be really nice. Good luck with your goal!
Um, those are on your floor, right? How on earth are you able to get up and down to arrange them? I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant and would have a serious issue with laying out a quilt on the floor right now.
Love the choice of fabrics though!
Good luck…can’t wait to see it done! Oh, and enjoy being able to lay your projects on the floor. It won’t be long before you have a little one crawling around trying to “help” mommy
Swoon!!!!
love this quilt!!! i just made one due to your blog!:) love your stuff!! great fabric!!!!
Evidently there are no cats to go running across the nice wood floor?! Looks great…what color sashing will you be using?
Looks like a fun project to be working on over the weekend! I can just imagine how long this layout would last in our house with those curious cats wanting to “help.” Have fun!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend sewing!! I can’t wait to see what you do with this one!
i must say i love how some of your fabrics have folds in them and creases! love it! looks good : )
You know what my first thought was when I saw/read this? “I wonder how she’s going to do this next year!” With a little crawling babe underfoot you’re going to need one huge design wall
Looks like a fun weekend coming up!
Oooh, so fun! Can’t wait to see this one finished!
Awesome!!! Love all the FMF. What color sashing?
Heaven! All those wonderful colors and prints! Gonna be a great weekend for you…
Sooooo in love. I came into fabric on the tail end of FMF and only have a small stash of 3 prints.
I especially love the squares that are half on floor and half on the rug. It looks like they are crawling all over your house, which it sounds like they are. Oh, the space we relinquish to our quilts… best to you.
Lots of squares. I can’t wait to see your quilt! I really like the fabric pieces you have chosen.
Well a little mess is worth it, to see it all together right? It is going to be a lovely collection of fabrics, great way to show off a collection of OOP fabrics, I would never part with the quilt.
I see Kona’s Ash or Coal for the sashing. We have it in stock if you need any.
