Happy Monday! How about a little fabric for your Monday?
I just discovered that precuts of MoMo’s newest line, It’s a Hoot, are available, so of course I couldn’t resist ordering a few charm packs. And then what would I do with charm packs? Why of course I’d just sew them together into a cute little baby quilt top!
I love it because it’s a quick and easy way to see how all the fabrics from that line work together. This line is brighter than my other favorite MoMo line, Wonderland, but I think it’s a fun change. I particularly like all of the basic prints included in this line — I’ll be looking to order some of those polka dots once yardage is available (October, I think?)
(Meanwhile, you can find charm packs & fat quarter stacks in various shops, including Whipstitch)
In the meantime, would you like to win a couple charm packs of this new line? I ordered a couple extras and I’d love to pass these two charm packs on to one lucky commenter. Just leave a comment here and I’ll pick a winner sometime tomorrow. Feel free to say hi, or tell me about something fun from your weekend, or if you want to talk about fabric, let me know what fabric line you’re waiting to buy. Personally, I’m waiting to hear more about Heather Ross’s new line with Kokka! (though unfortunately it’s not due out until next Spring…)
Comments are now closed! I’ll select and announce a winner shortly.

new quilts in the shop!
pretty polka dots (and a fabric winner!)

These prints are so pretty – I love the colors together! I’m trying very hard to finish up some old projects so I can start some new ones. New charm packs are great incentive to get cracking!

Michelle
Adorable fabric. No idea yet what I’d do with them, but I would certainly touch them every day until I figure it out.
Wonderland was my favorite MoMo line, too! I’ve never purchased a charm pack, which seems dumb of me because I love how your quilt tops look and why not eliminate all the cutting if at all possible?
I spent the weekend compulsively checking my email to see if I got an invoice from Heather Ross’ studio sale. It came this morning. I blew the last of my fabric budget on it, so now I am dying to find out what is going to be in my package!
Love your quilt top! Moda’s Wee Woodlands be Keiki would also make a great quilt for a baby. I’d love to win the charm packs, I’m having a baby in February and at my pace of quilting, that would be just enough time to make something gorgeous for our new arrival.
These fabrics look so fun! I am waiting for moda’s ‘city weekend’ from Liesl of Oliver + S patterns.
Oh, I am in love with all the dots and circles! I just put together a charm pack quilt top in Momo Odyssey, inspired by the one you did. It was my first charm pack quilt top, so simple and quick to put together!

Hi Ashley! I think you should pick me! It was my birthday yesterday and I got to “celebrate” by moving my Mom for the 2nd time in 2 months! I’ve made 2 quilts out of Michael Miller’s owl fabric and it’d be so much fun to get these! Love your site!
I have purchased a few Moda charm packs in the past and then have let them sit – I have no idea how to turn them into a quilt that will showcase the fabrics. I need to just jump in and make it a bit scrappy. Thanks for the inspriration.

I’ve been keeping a watch on Freebird – I think the red and brown butterflies are great! Unfortunately my fabric stash is “full” and I need to finish some WIPs before I buy more fabric!

Spent the weekend with my 24 yr old son, helping him sew an apron for his girl friend’s birthday present. The best part – the number of times he said “this is so fun, Mom! I love doing things like this with you!” – warms the cockles of my heart

The fabric is beautiful! I’d love to win it, though I’ve been slacking on my quilting lately. I’m hoping to get back into it once the weather turns colder and my life isn’t consumed with wedding planning. I’m getting married in less than 2 weeks, so things are busy around here, but also very exciting!! My fiance and I spent our weekend dog-sitting and we loved it. My best friend and her husband have 3 labs and we loved pretending we were dog owners for the weekend.

This is beautiful! Just goes to show that it doesn’t always have to take a lot of work to make something beautiful! Great job.
Something about my weekend? I helped a friend out by taking my kids over to her house and watching her kids overnight so she could go see Lady Gaga. Doesn’t sound so interesting until you know that we both have 2.5 year old twins. I spent my Saturday night with FOUR 2.5 year olds. So fun and so crazy.
Love this line! I was on the fence about it until I could see it all together.
You are TOO generous:) Would love me some fabric;)Oooh I wasn’t aware of Heather Ross having a new line…I’m SURE i’ll be wanting that too!! I still wish they’d do a reprint of her Lightening Bug line and Munki Munki was awesome too! Such adorable fabrics – wish I had them all now that I finally have a baby boy to sew for! Keep this inspiration coming – I dream about sewing as many quilts as you do:)
Nice giveaway! Totally not expecting to win this due to blowing all accumulated good karma on an excellent weekend: friends and homemade pizza on Friday, Tunbridge World’s Fair & dinner party on Saturday, apple picking and a bit of sewing on Sunday.

I haven’t gotten to use it yet, but winning a few charm packs would certainly solve that problem! I love your quilts, they’re inspirational to me
I also love those dots in “It’s a Hoot”. Can’t wait for the yardage – but a few charm packs might ease the pain!
I would love this. Would be perfect for me to start my first quilt:)
It looks like you were busy this weekend. I did get some cutting done for a project but no time to touch my machine. I hate weekends like that. They go so fast and I never feel like I have time to relax. I am looking forward to yardage for a lot of new lines like Bliss. I also can’t wait to see AMH’s new line. It looks yummy!
I am in love with the It’s a Hoot line but haven’t gotten it yet. I am dying for the Dream On yardage to come out!

Love this! I didn’t think I “needed” this new line, but seeing it in your quilt changed my mind!
My 7 year old daughter has decided that she is ready to sew a quilt on her own. This fabric would be so perfect for her first quilt as it has her old favorite color(pink), new favorite (turquoise) and smatterings of nature (which she loves). A charm pack would make it so much easier for her to start a quilt! Pick me!
So cute!
I’m patiently waiting on Anna Maria Horner’s newest line…
Jennifer

Love the pretty happy pinks–something we don’t get a lot of around here with just boys.
Wow! Those are pretty! I’m afraid I would have to drop everything to sew those together, but that’s a chance I’ll just have to take. Sigh. Thanks for such a lovely giveaway.
What a cute fabric line! I am definately not up to date on what is new out there, so I love seeing what you are using in your quilts.
What a cute set of fabrics, I hadn’t seen them yet! This weekend, I worked on Saturday which was you know, work, but on Sunday we had a bunch of our friends over for lunch and that was super fun!
Cute line! Thanks for the giveaway! Personally, I’m excited to buy some Macaroni Love Story!
Oh, yes, pick me! I’d love to do the exact same thing with those packs!
Cute line. I would love to make a baby quilt with them for a friend.
So kind of you! I just finished my grandson’s baby quilt that was inspired by your goldfish in a bag block quilt! I haven’t posted it yet, but I will. And thanks for the chance to win!
Oh please count me in…the line looks so cherry…just the thing to brighten one’s day ;o)
I need to pick up a few of these too – such a cute line!
These are calling to me to be made into a lattice quilt! Your charms turned out great, as usual! Love love love not having to cut anything
It was state fair weekend! Yea!
i love this fabric, and i love all your charm pack quilts. you are so talented.. by the way, the fabric with the yellow branch-like things matches my new bedspread perfectly!
Love love the new line – I agree, its lighter and a lot of fun. Thanks for the giveaway!
So cute! Love the quilt & wish I could whip one up over a weekend! We spent our weekend celebrating my daughter’s fifth birthday: tasty homemade cakes, bowling, and friends. it was perfection as summer starts to give way to fall (slowly. it’s still 90 in Tennessee).
Fun giveaway! Charm packs are fun because as you said, you get to see all the fabrics in a line and see how they work together. My fun, fabric-related activity this weekend was planning my first-ever landscape mini quilt and picking up some fabrics for it at my local salvage/surplus store that happens to have an awesome fabric department. I found some Katie Jump Rope (in green) when I was there too!
Love these fabrics! And definately agree with you about the polka dots. Thanks for the chance!
what a lovely collection – the polkadots are so much fun!
So cute, my 3 year old daughter would love a new quilt!
I love little owls!
Great fabric line!
Thanks for the chance to get my hands on it.
love this fabric and that you are giving it away! The dots make me happy on this dreary morning in the cheese state!!!
Hi- I just wanted you to know you’ve inspired me so much, I have thus far made one and a half quilts and I’m not afraid to sew random bits of fabric onto anything anymore! I love it, thanks for sharing your talents and skill, thanks for the chance to win some lovely fabric!!
Oh how beautiful! I’d love to make a quilt top of my own!
I spent Saturday sewing up a jelly roll of Hunky Dory and I LOVE it!!! I can’t believe I hadn’t noticed this fabric before! It’s a Hoot looks equally fabulous – thanks for sharing.
These packs are so convenient. I just recently discovered Moda precuts and what a time saver they are. My fav from August was Pure by Sweetwater.I would love to add these cuties to my collection.
I have been looking for something cheerful and gender neutral for my next baby’s quilt. This would be perfect!
I love how well those fabrics work together! I too am waiting for Heather Ross’ new line!!!
Hi!
It was a very busy weeekend and it ended with one of the little people falling ill. The weather was quite good, but there was no time to enjoy it. But we had a gorgeous onion tart with Federweisser for dinner, yummi!
And today was a perfect beginning-fall day, with lots of sun and the smell of freshness and the promise of colorchanging leaves in the air!
And of course I would loooove to win some charm ;o))
Anja
It’s lovely!!
Ooh – fun – I’d love to win. We went apple-picking this weekend – one of my fave things to do in the fall. It was a perfect day. I want to go once more and bring a picnic and a hand-made quilt to sit on.
next weekend it’s going to be frosty here! i’m going to need a project!
I really like those polka dots too. They remind me of the ones from the Lotus line of fabric.
We took our kids to their first college football game this weekend. Lots of fun!
Always ready to win fabric! Thanks for a chance. I entertained a newly adopted granddaughter this weekend.
Thanks for the give away – I’d love to win some of this! I was so busy this weekend that I forgot my daughter’s soccer game; not the first one on Saturday but the second one on Sunday. I remembered on the way to my son’s baseball game. OOPS!
Hi Ashley!
I love your work! Keep on doing beautiful quilts (& dresses!).
Thank you for the nice giveaway. Please call me in!
xxx Flávia
Love this line!
Also discovered Michael Miller’s Honey Bee line today. My son’s teacher loves bees so I am decided what to make for her…. maybe an apron?
This weekend I fell in love with my love again and now I’m falling in love with this fabric line!
Thank you for the giveaway.
That fabric is super cute and now I’ll be looking for yardage too! The other fabric that I’m really excited to finally get this fall is Liesl Gibson’s City Weekend – love the colors and the patterns!
Thanks for always inspiring! Broke out some Katie Jump Rope this weekend to start a new quilt.
It really seems like a lot of the fabric lines coming out have polka dot fabrics included- interesting trend. I love it, but if you didn’t like the dots, I imaging it might get old after a while… Thanks for the give-away!
I am so excited this line is out! I’ve been dying to get some of those polka dot prints – will have to wait for the yardage thou! This quilt is darling and your too kind to get some away!
Love the colors! They would be perfect with some Minkee fabric that I got for a quilt for my daughter.
I love this fabric. I spent saturday celebrating my sister’s 21st birthday and sunday recovering from it.
Cuteness! I somehow hadn’t heard about this new line… it looks great. I am starting to be knee-deep in sewing new pants (Rae’s Big Butt pattern) and shirts (Tee for Two) for my youngest, who needs some warm-weather autumn clothes. Fun!
I’d love to win one of these!
Here in the UK we seem to be so far behind in fabric releases! at the moment I’m using the Freebird range!
Gill
Nice giveaway, & loves the quilt. Always wanted to try making one myself.
Thanks for the chance..
I would love to have some of American Jane’s Punctuation or Bonnie and Camille’s Bliss.
Too funny! I was just looking at ordering a couple of these charm packs, how sweet would it be to win them?!!!! Love the little owls and the polka dots are so fun!
You know, I have never purchased a Charm pack but after reading your blog I think I NEED to. I think a precut, no prep work quilt is what I need to get my sewing mojo going this fall. The best thing about this weekend is when I added dried cherries to the chocolate chip cookie batter. Pure awesomeness resulted!
Oh how cute! I’ve got a pattern just sitting in a box that this fabric would work great with! Thank so much!
I haven’t seen this line yet! It is so pretty, I like the lighter color pallette!
Thanks for a great giveaway. I’ve been eyeing the “Hoot” charm pack. Thanks for a chance to win it!
Beautiful quilt!
I love the Hoot line!
but I am waiting for my hubby to say I can buy some more fabric so I can get me some fandango!!
Love the quilt and love the fabric! Thanks for an awesome giveaway!
Cute little quilt, adorable fabric! I am a huge owl fan, can’t wait to get my grubby little paws on some of this.
Thanks for the giveaway!
Ashley, I like the “It’s a Hoot” fabric also and I love saying it! I’m looking forward to getting a real look at Pat Bravo’s Modern Affair next month. The previews looked lovely.
love your quilts- don’t know how you find time to work on so many. Fabulous!
going to get my hands on some fandango…
Cute! This would be fabulous to add to my to-do list. It would be fun. I cut out a dress this morning, but I can’t start sewing it because I don’t have the right elastic. Darn!
I love how fresh and clean this line looks! Will make for a beautiful quilt.
I can’t wait for Innocent Crush by AMH.
Wow! This fabric is so adorable. I would love to win some!
There are so many new babies about to come into my world, so that fabric would be perfect for a little quilty gift!
You are such an inspiration. I’ve only been quilting for a year and am in the midst of my sixth project. I quilt everything by hand now, but plan to learn the machine technique so I can start crankin’ ‘em out left and right like you! Thanks for the giveaway!
I’ve been eying this new line as well but have been trying to hold off until yardage is available… It’s getting harder and harder now…
Oh yay! These are SO cute! I too love the polka dots! and the birds are beautiful!
Genevieve
Ohhh! Love it!
It’s a lovely quilt. So bright and modern. I can’t wait until the yardage for Dream On comes out. Your quilt inspired me to make my own.
Love the quilt, and the fabric line. I can’t wait until the yardage comes out, I love it! Thanks for the chance!
I love all your quilts!! And I’d love to win me some fabric=)
I’m really looking forward to Kate Spain’s Central Park line! I love her current Fandango. These fabrics are really neat too!
I would absolutely love to win this! So cute.
Very cute! The fabric I’m waiting to buy is some pink velvet. So funny. It’s for my 5 year old daughters Halloween costume. She wants to be a Musketeer Barbie. Luckily for me, there is a great tutorial over at http://sugarnspicecreations.blogspot.com/ so that will be my sewing for October. I also get to buy some fake fur to make a Viking costume for my 4 year old son! Interesting fabric buying for me. Then back to quilts.
Would love to win these for my wife! Thanks for the opportunity.
I’d like to make the same quilt for my baby girl. She would love it.
I love this new line of “It’s a Hoot”! I love owls and want to get some of this and some of the new Riley Blake line “Hooty Hoot”! Can’t wait to get some of both! Thanks for a chance to win the charms squares!
Went apple picking and sugary, cider donut eating this weekend with my 2 year-old grandson who lives in Vermont (Grandma lives in San Diego). I brought him the first quilt I’ve ever made. When I tearfully go back to San Diego in a few days, I’ll look forward to getting back to my sewing machine — would like to have some new fabric to play with (hint, hint).
Ah! I was just looking at this charm pack this morning wondering if it’s got enough boyish prints for a quilt for my nephew for Christmas. If not, he has a sister too!
Gads look at all of these comments. I hope you feel the love. I’m’ just finishing my first quilt this month. I’ve always lived in a quilting family but it took a few nudges of websites and examples such as yours. I adore many of the items you post. Thank you for the inspirations.
I was just talking to my friend about this line over the weekend! It is so stinking cute! I would love to get my hands on it, or even better, add it to my stash! Thanks for the chance to win!
Hi! I found your blog a few weeks ago, and compliments to you for such a pretty space to look at. Your quilts are like a breath of fresh air!
Thanks for the giveaway. I did some Halloween/Fall decorating this weekend.
Love this line! Charm packs are such a great way to indulge.
Thanks! This weekend I angsted over blog platforms. Loads of fun, I tell ya.
I did a little sewing room cleaning this weekend, so now I’m organized and ready to tackle my HUGE list! Love the charms, thanks for the chance to wiN!
Love love love this…would love to win. Thanks.
I love these! I would totally make a baby quilt with the charm packs. I have three to make before Christmas!
I wish these charm packs were quickly and easily available in the UK – always seem to be able to find all the ‘old lady’ type prints in abundance, but none of these beautiful, bright fun ones
You were my inspiration to start quilting (is that just a bit too gushing!?), so keep teasing with these great prints! Thank you.
these are fabulous! I need to make a baby quilt for the newest baby in the family who we expect to arrive in late November and this line is perfect for her! I hope I win!
I spent my weekend in Chicago and it was TDF! Love your site, gorgeous work. I’m seriously inspired by your string quilts and the wood work in the Trump elevator had the exact same pattern as one. Wierd. Must be the universe telling me to get sewing.
Anyways!
My daughter and I went through her clothes this weekend. I was very happy to get rid of 2 garbage bags full of clothing.
I just started my oldest in preschool, and I now have 5 hours a week with only one child at home! I am just itching to make some baby quilts in the time I have with just one ‘helper’!
What a beatiful quilt top! I love this fabric. Thank you for the giveaway.
This would be cool to win. Both of my boys are taking a nap and I’m going to try to finish quilting the quilt I started (and got halfway through) this weekend for my nephew who will be born next week, more than likely. But instead, I’m on the computer!
DH and I just went to the Impressionist Paris: City of Light exhibition in SF. Wonderful art and of course great quilt inspiration!
So pretty…I almost bought some the other day, but resisted. What was I thinking? This fabric is great! Fingers crossed. Thanks for sharing!!
My weekend was pretty uneventful, but I can’t say that for the people on the South Western part of the Salt Lake Valley.. there’s a huge portion of the mountain on fire, and a ton of people have been evacuated from their homes. It somehow started at a machine gun range, but I’m not exactly sure how. Hopefully they can get it under control, but being Utah and we’re technically in the middle of the desert, there’s not going to be any type of moisture to help get it down. So far though, only four houses have been lost, and from what I can tell, there’s been no loss of life.. I hope it stays that way! Keep the families in Herriman, Utah in your thoughts and/or prayers.. they need it!
Oh my gosh! I just saw these last week! I LOVE this line!
Thanks!
Oh how gorgeous! I wish I could afford to buy lines as they came out. Instead, I just obsess over your finished products and look at those gorgeous new piles of fabric. Someday I will be a lucky winner!
I’m excited about Heather’s new line as well – but I am lucky enough to have participated in her studio sale, so that should tide me over until the spring!
I’m so behind – I’m still working on the wonderland charm pack quilt! This new charm pack would be the perfect motivation to finish it! I love ALL your stuff, by the way…
Happy Monday.
I love MoMo and adore this quilt top. My best friend just had a baby girl who would put that to good use!
I would love to win one of these charm packs! I am quite enamored with the little stacks of goodness and have recently begun actually USING them
. Thanks for offering this giveaway. As always, I am inpsired once again visiting your blog.
Katy
Unfortunately I spent my monthly allotment of fabric cash, so while I am not looking to buy anything else for a few weeks, I am waiting for some to arrive!
I am nearly finished my cathedral quilt but was short one very discontinued charm pack, let’s just say most of the budget went to purchasing another pack.
Hi! I’m hoping to get a lot of my wip’s done soon but I definitely need another project to add to the list. Lol
Such cute fabrics! I’ve been on the look out for some inspiration – maybe some new fabric is all I need. Of course any excuse for fabric shopping is a welcome one!
I love this charm pack! All of those fabrics are so cute and joyful! I have a baby neice that could really use a darling blanket made from those! Especially since I still haven’t made her a darn thing!
I’m a baaaad auntie :p Thanks for the give-away! I really hope to win this one! Actually, never won anything yet! *fingers crossed*
I’ve yet to make a quilt with charm packs…please give me a reason to try one out!
Oooh this line is so cute! I’m anxiously awaiting Anna Maria Horner’s new line!
Cute top!! I would love to win these fabrics, thanks for the giveaway.
Rachel
Such a sweet quilt! I’m looking to start my first quilt soon. A baby quilt for a good friends new little one. I’ll keep my fingers crossed on this one! My weekend was spent refinishing a sideboard, tagging along on a balloon race with the balloon crew, attending the opening night of Dracula at our theatre, and a dance party to celebrate our church’s 10th anniversary. Wow, typing all that makes my life seem way too cool for me. I think I’ll be a little more thankful for my tiredness after that!
what a cute quilt! I just found your web site today, and it’s so fun! I would love to win some of that yummy fabric
Cute! This weekend, I finally started free motion quilting. Loved it and would love to practice more on these hooties!
Holy cow! Look at all these comments! I love this and would love the charm pack to make a patchwork quilt! I’m currently waiting on the Bliss charm pack–I love the retro look to it!
Love the quilt and the precuts – would love to play with them. I did minimal sewing over the weekend, made my hubby a cover for his GPS on the boat, that’s it. He likes it, it was easy and then I returned to reading which was what I spent most of the weekend doing.
Oooh, what fun fabric! Personally, I can’t wait for the chance to buy Anna Maria Horner’s new line (and I’m sure I’m not alone on that one!).
I’ve had my eye on this line but sometimes it’s hard to tell what all the patterns will look like based on the charm pack/layer cake montage. Now that I’ve seen them together in your quilt I will have to add them to my next fabric order! Thanks for posting these pics!
This is such a cute fabric collection! Love it!!
I love your charm squar quilts – always shows me to think outside the box (I can still hear my mom telling me not to mix prints!) I haven’t been able to get my quilting mojo back lately – so I haven’t been sewing much at all. Maybe winning these charm squares would be just the boost I need!
These fabrics are so great! I might have to buy them- lots of them!
I would love to win!!! I am in need for a new quilting project and haven’t had a chance to get any fabric yet. This would make an adorable quilt for my baby girl!!
Hi Ashley! I am new to your blog and only discovered it while looking for ideas for my first quilt. A baby quilt for my first baby! A beautiful little girl due in January. My husband and I work overseas and have been waiting for this little one for 5 long years. I just wanted you to know what an inspiration your work is! Truly art. I can’t wait to put my heart into my first work of art for this little one!
Wow … if I were ever so lucky, I’d add this to my Wonderland and make my daughter a quilt … at last! Thanks for the inspiration and the generous giveaway!
That’s cute!
I am patiently waiting for some Castle Peeps and Dr. Suess that I ordered to arrive and I’d love to get my hands on these charm squares and some Echino. Thanks for the giveaway.
Ooh, what a fun quilt! My weekend was spent as the Philadelphia Quilt Expo, so now I’m full of all kinds of quilting inspiration!
pick me!!! I have a brand spanking new baby girl who doesn’t quite get the sleep thing (maybe because she dosn’t have a sweet little quilt to bundle up in), this is the perfect project for her and I to do in the wee hours of morning!!
Cute fabric! I’m looking forward to seeing the Dear Betty fabric up close and personal when it comes out!
Hi Ashley…adorable fabric! Thanks for the reminder that a baby quilt doesn’t have to be complicated to be beautiful;)
This weekend, I enjoyed an afternoon of sewing with members of the KC Modern Quilt Guild–so fun to spend time with other quilters!!
Thanks for a lovely giveaway;)
Oh, this is one of the lines that I have been waiting for! I love Momo! I am also excited to get some Country Lane by Bari J. Love that one too! I hear that they have it in stores this week so I am patiently waiting to go run out and see it.
I haven’t done much sewing lately (mostly because our new baby now naps in the middle of my tiny sewing room), but on Saturday night I just felt this urge to make something and whipped up a Sunday outfit for the baby. Boy, did it feel great to be sewing again! Well worth going to bed at 3 a.m.
Your quilt top is so lovely. Sewing a quilt has been on my ‘to make’ list for months…
hello
I did way too many fun things this weekend. One of the best things was shopping in the Cambden Town market. It was lovely. (I am a sophmore from Los Angeles studying abroad in London. I just arrived last week so much sight seeing was done this past weekend)
OOOhhhh, the heather ross line… can’t wait to see, and for that matter “feel” it.
HI!!!
So pretty, you temptress!
Great new baby blanket, you have such a great eye for arranging the fabrics! I have been developing a collection of Kona solids, not quite sure what they will become yet. Thank-you for the opportunity to win such cute fabrics.
Very cute! I would love to make a baby quilt with these charm packs too!
Aww, how cute is that! Love the bright, fun colors!!
Please enter me =)
Ok, so on a side note. When you first started selling your quilts, did you feel weird about it? I’ve thought about opening an etsy shop but I’m the type of person who won’t charge for any of my sewing services, if it be mending clothing or sewing together a quilt for someone else to give away. So the thought of selling what I make is appealing, but hard at the same time. Do you have people who will actually pay what you feel is worth it? You know, a quilt is more than just the money you put into the fabric and supplies. Anyways, just a few questions for you! =)
I’m new to your blog and am LOVING it! I’ve been quilting for a little over 3 months, sewing for about 6. I’m extremely addicted! lol! I love browsing through yours for inspiration, and I appreciate the tutorials!
What great charm packs! I love the colors. Right now I am waiting for Dream On to be released (I think in OCT). Thanks for the inspiration and great giveaway.
MoMo always puts out such insanely cute collections! Love the dots… definitely will need yardage of that!
I had a pretty sad weekend. My sister, who has been battling breast cancer, found out she has three tumors in her brain. Scary stuff. So, we spent our weekend, sitting together in the hospital, waiting for steroids to hopefully bring down the swelling and trying not to cry. Go give your sister a huge hug!
Such a beautiful quilt. I love those fabrics. I haven’t seen them yet and they are delicious.
wow! I love this fabric!!!!!
Darling quilt top! You are so talented!!
I’d definitely love to win some of this! Love it to bits!
Super cute fabric. I am glad that I was able to finish a friend’s quilt this weekend. Wish I were as fast as you.
Fandango is the fabric that I’ve been wanting but just haven’t purchased it yet. I would be thrilled to win some of the Hoot squares! Thanks!
I can’t wait for Betty Dear to come out! And I love Macaroni Love Story on spoonflower and am excited to hear about Heather Ross’ new line for Kokka as well! Oh the anticipation!!
Thanks so much for the chance to win some lovely fabric!

I have recently fallen in love with quilting. My first finished quilt was made with two MoMo freebird charm packs, and it’s perfect! I was just checking these charm packs out over the weekend, but had to save my pennies, so winning would be great!
I’ve had my eyes on fandango – love those colors. But this line looks like it could be perfect for a quilt for my little girl’s “big girl” bed.
Thank you for the opportunity to win!
Just found your blog a few weeks ago and was surprised to find a fellow Vermonter! Woo hoo! Pick me because I really really NEED more fabric.
I do love those basics that will play well with other fabric lines
Whata hoot is cute, cute, cute!
Lovely line, I haven’t gotten to see it in person yet. I really love the light and dark pinks. I just love dark pink.
I can’t wait for Anna Maria Horner’s Innocent Crush! Thanks for the giveaway, your quilt top looks great as usual
Hi! What a great giveaway – the fabric is so fun. I spent the weekend working on my hexagon quilt and watching ballgames – my son’s baseball, husband’s tennis, and my older kid’s college teams! Fall is here!
ouh, i think i love those trees! and the birdies and polka dots. i think it’s an interesting change from moda’s familiar color palette. looking forward to seeing more of this.
and i am currently dieing to get my hands on that AMH velours. some of the other prints she’s got coming out are interesting too, but that velours…. sigh. i have to make my girls’ winter coats next week and it’s basically torture knowing those velours are out there somewhere but not in my studio ready to turn into yummy coats yet.
Loving the simplicity of charm pack quilt! It is so simple, yet so effective, and snuggly! By the way, I was in Burlington last month, and stopped by Nido per your suggestion ( on your sidebar). What a lovely little shop, and amazing owner. Thanks for the suggestion!
Beautiful quilt top! I am still new to designer fabrics and am still drooling over MoMo’s Freebird – had no idea that they had a new line out! Thanks for sharing!
I love these Charmpacks.
When there are Charmpacks in my mail I don´t want to open them because they look and feel so cute. I just started quilting and have to finish three started projekts. But then… I am sure I have to open one.
Wow, that is so sweet of you to share charm packs! I’m really loving the ghastlies, maybe because Halloween is just around the corner….
Hoot looks like a hoot!
Love these fabrics. With 2 grandbabies I can always use charm squares for baby quilts.
I just made a list of all the sewing/quilting projects I have to get done before Christmas. I’m feeling the crunch of passing time, but I can’t help thinking of more things I’d like to make. Darn those cute fabrics that keep debuting!
Oh I would love to win those charm packs! I am working with Nicey Jane right now but fabric I am looking forward to now – Central Park and Chrysalis. Oh my!!
Oh, please, pick me. These would be so lovely for the newest baby quilt for a new babe coming to the world this January! Thanks for the great giveaway.
I was just ogling this fabric the other day… GORGEOUS! Have you seen the “Celebrating Seuss” line? I cannot wait to get my hands on that one! Love your blog, and all the beautiful pictures
Hi, I would love to win a charm pack. My weekend was a lot of fun, I did a lot of sewing, went to a Greek Festival with friends and my favorite team won on Sunday. All in all a very satisfying weekend. Hope you have a great week and thanks for the giveaway. – Reenie
I was looking through some shops yesterday and saw these…. oh how my little finger wanted to click “buy!” But, the fabric budget for the month has been waaaaaay overextended. So, I’m super-crossing my fingers that I win these packs! If not, I’ll have to hold on until October 1st…. Just…. can’t….. wait…..!
fun! working on a summery string quilt…right in time for fall. lol.
I just saw a Hoffman beach fabric coming out in Oct. It will make a perfect border for a quilt floating around in my head.
These fabrics are great. I did see this charm pack in one of the shops a few days ago but the picture doesn’t do it justice. I passed right over it! How fun it would be to win!
I spent my weekend working on a quilt with the Far Far Away II fabric.
I would love to win, I love charm packs
Free fabric, count me in.
I don’t know about any new lines… but those charm packs look great!
those are so fun! i would love to get my hands on a charm pack!
after a fun saturday of soccer games, beach time and shave ice- i dusted off my sewing machine on sunday and got to work on a baby blanket for our little girl (#3) who will be arriving sometime soon!

Cute line, I love the green dots.
I love your blog, your quilts, your clothes. You inspire me! Thanks!
I have been hunting for a new project. This would work grand. Thanks!
One of my roommates has a quilt that looks kind of like this from a craft fair. I’ve always admired how all the prints were different yet seemed to fit together. I would love to win and make on of my own!!
Mmmm I love the variety of It’s A Hoot! Fun? I went to the quilting store! Thank you for the chance to win!
This weekend I was in my very first outdoor craft market…very exciting. The booth design was so cute I even amazed myself a little. Hopefully this was the first of many!
Adorable- and I need to make a baby quilt too!!
How cute!!
Love the quilt & fabric. My favorite new line of fabric arriving in Nov. is Denyse Schmidt’s Greenfield Hill.
We took my 2 year old to the LA County Fair. It was fun, but I
am worn out!!
Oooh! I also love the polka dots!
What a cute line of fabrics and yet another lovely baby quilt! I can’t wait for the new Heather Ross line for Kokka. Living in the Uk I wasn’t able to take part in her studio sale so I had to order some of the Macaroni Love Story from Spoonflower this weekend
Stinkin’ quilting bloggers! I can’t help but drool over your creations and then all I want to do is buy beautiful fabric in the hopes of making something beautiful out of it too. My husband is cursing you guys too! Ahhhh, but I do love beauty. I’m teaching myself to quilt (with help from a friend and these lovely quilting blogs) by making two baby quilts and slowly they are coming together. Slowly being the keyword there. I want to finish them so I can start a new project. This stuff is addicting although with four young kids I’m having a hard time getting my fix! Here’s to hoping to win some fun fabric!
Hi,
Love, love, love your blog. And your work is just incredible. Thanks for the give-away chance.
I’d love a charm pack! thanks for the giveaway!
I saw your interview in the Stitch Mag yesterday (I bought it!) … congratulations!
I have to say I love the inspiration I find on your blog. I feel like there has been a switch go on that tells me I don’t have to follow the rules when making a quilt. I love it!!
My weekend flew by! I was a part of a bike-a-thon on Saturday hosted by the ministry I work with — it was a fun day despite the rain. *grin* I did some preliminary math for a charm square Bear Claw quilt using Martinique. Quite excited to see this one coming together! And, for whatever reason, I decided to watch “Gone with the Wind” in its entirety yesterday evening. Oh,and “It Happened One Night” — having a mini Clark Gable marathon!
Love this line! Really, I love everything by Momo. Thanks for the giveaway.
Hi!
I love your quilt and Moda!
Thanks for the chance to win the fabric.
These are so cute…I’d love to find something to use them for!
That fabric is so cute!! Thanks for the giveaway!
thanks for hosting the giveaway, the prints are so pretty.

The quilt on the fence reminds me of a crazy quilt my mom had when I was growing up. I thought it was wonderful, beautiful, full of so many memories!!! When I asked her about it years later, she said something to the effect of, “That old thing? That’s just something Sonny’s mom made, she used to make tons of them.” Oh, how our memories vary!!!
I’ll take charm packs of just about anything, but I’m really hoping to get my hands on some Bliss. My sister would just love to have something made from it. I love its colors!
Oh I’d love some charm packs!! You’re so generous
Love! Want!! This weekend was spent hand stitching binding and fussing with those darned corners. Sometimes they are just a mess and have to be re-sewn, and sometimes they are just perfect. Wish I could be more consistent – on the good end, of course
I’m loving anything designed by MoMo! Thanks for your generosity and your on going inspiring quilts.
Spent most of my weekend with my butt in my barcalounger doing cross stitch – not a bad way to pass the time! LOL – I love the little owls in this line – too stinking cute!
HOOT! Anything with an owl theme is what I’m looking for to make something quilted for my favourite high school English Lit teacher who came back into my life more than 30 years later to offer encouragement and support when I needed it. This would be perfect.
The fabrics look so cheery – thanks for the giveaway!
I love the dots!
I’m waiting for the new Anna Maria Horner line, but it doesn’t “speak to me” like Good Folks and Garden Party, yet.
I need more fabric like I need a hole in the head but that line looks so cute, I’d love a sample of each of the fabrics, so I know which ones to buy more of!
That’s a really beautiful colorway! Crossing my fingers…
Oh I love this line – too cute! Just spent the weekend finishing up the binding on a quilt for my baby – and it really did take all weekend since I only get 5 minute windows of time to tackle it in… but it’s done!! Thanks for the giveaway, charm packs are the best.
I am headed to Africa in a few weeks and I cannot wait to get my hands on some great fabric there. I can already see my babies wrapped in beautifully colored quilts!
I’m just getting into quilting and still a bit scared of the whole cutting up my fabric thing, so a beautiful charm pack to make a fab and simple quilt top would solve all my problems!
Oh, I would love to win those. And yes, just like everyone else I am waiting for Dream on to arrive. Though they may take a little longer because I haven’t decided yet what to make and which prints to get
These are so cute. I wanted to let you know that I posted the other day on my blog about why I like the title of your blog. Reminds me of my dad and makes me smile.
random share: I am a substitute teacher and today I was the art teacher at the kindergarten. I am happy because I can be CERTAIN the brown smudge on my arm is watercolor paint, and not something else that occasionally shows up in the kindergarten.
Thanks for the chance at your giveaway!
I can’t wait for the trees either. Pretty quilt Ashley!
You’re so sweet to share! I bought a new old chair this weekend, but when I got it home I decided it needs an appliqued pillow. So, that’s what I’m going to be up to this week.
I love birds and owls! I have been looking at this fabric online, but haven’t been able to find any locally to see what it really looks like. (You know what I mean?) I would LOVE to be lucky enough to win these. Thanks for the chance.
Now that everyone is either at school or working, I have time to start a few quilts to be given as Christmas gifts. One is for a new little family member named Addy and the other is for the yet to be born baby boy joining our family.
How generous of you! Those charm packs are so cute!
I am wanting to get some of the new Dr. Suess fabric…I loved Dr. Suess books growing up…and I still have to watch “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” every year!! (It is already out, but I haven’t purchased any yet.)
About my weekend….
I do wedding coordinating on the weekends (after my regular 9-6 during the week) so I had a busy weekend with a beautiful wedding (the bride was super relaxed and such a breeze to work with!) and then went out on the lake on Sunday with my hubby for a nice relaxing (and fast!) ride on the jet skis! So my weekend was wonderful…and full!! I loved it! (Although, I didn’t want to get up for work this morning!)
I’m relatively new to quilting and have just found out how fun (and easy) it is to buy charm packs! I bought Bliss and Dream On charm packs last week! City weekend is probably next on my list.
cool fabrics. I finished a quilt for my friend’s little boy this weekend. One thing off the (massive) to do list – huzzah!
It’s a Hoot – it’s LOVELY. Anything made with this charm pack would have to be breathtaking. I love, love, love it. Thanks for your terrific giveaway – it’s very generous of you.
Over the weekend, hubby and I took the two grandchildren (ages 5 and 6) to Cherokee, NC. They had a blast, and we did too. dmj53(at)hotmail(dot)com
I agree! I could never have too much Heather Ross! Anna Maria Horner just came out with a new one too: Innocent Crush! I cannot wait…
Something fun, something fun… well this weekend I am going to a ferret show with my two males and coming home with a new little girl named Luna (and hopefully a ribbon or two). I can not wait!!

Oh my oh my oh my! This line is BEAUTIFUL! I’m crossing my fingers hardcore on this one!
I really havent had a chance to look at this line too closely yet but I knew I would love it! After seeing your quilt I like it even more!
LOVE this line. It’s so fresh and, like you, I can’t wait for the polka dots!
These are beautiful, can’t wait for the yardages to come out. I haven’t used precuts before, still working on my first quilt, but I can see how quickly a quilt can come along using these.
My family spent our first weekend away from home since our son was born 6 months ago attending our annual church camp. It was a wonderful weekend though packing for the weekend was like packing our whole house into the boot of the car.
Thanks for the chance.
Oooh, so pretty! Your quilt shows it off so well!
It’s a really cute line
I love simple patchwork quilts- such a great way to showcase beautiful fabric!!
I’d love to be entered into your generous giveaway! I haven’t seen this line of fabric yet. I love what I see in your pictures!
That looks like the cutest fabric line. I love the simplicity of the quilt that you made with it.
I am wishing my weekend was longer, it was nice and relaxing.
Those birdies are too cute! Thanks for a chance to win!
Oh I haven’t seen this line yet! But how cute!!! I’d love to have these to make some little charity quilts for a local area children’s hospital!! Awesome giveaway! JEnn
Hi there! I’ve followed your blog for sometime now, but don’t have one of my own. I’d love to win the charm pack–how nice of you. I think one of the fabrics I’d like to get my hands on is Sunkissed (hope that’s the name) by Sweetwater. I like fabric with writing on it and this one has names of flowers.
Love the quilt!! Thanks for offering the contest!!
Your quilt is fabulous! And the fabric is delicious! I’d love to try working with a charm pack – I never have! Thanks for the opportunity!
love it! especially the polka dots.
Is there a Fabric Stasher’s Anonymous?LOL I would love to have these, even if I just touch them for a while before I do anything WITH them
Love Love Love your site!!!
I love charm packs, there are so many things to do with them! I’d love to get my hands on those two and see what I can come up with!
This new line looks great! Thanks for the chance to win. I spent 9 hours in the car yesterday with a feverish 3 year old. Fabric Monday sounds really good!
Hi! I love this idea! This would make life so easy…no cutting! Love the quilt! Cheers! Sue.
Goodness. I have had my eye on this line and it is good to see it turned into a quilt. It is much more beautiful than I was anticipating. I am currently looking forward to Amy Butler’s new line. I would love to win the charm packs!
I love the woodland graphics with the little owls! I’m drooling over the Dream On by Urban chiks for moda. BTW your quilts are wonderful!
I love this line!! It would make an adorable messenger style bag, lap quilt, wall hanging…there are so many ideas in my head it’s hard to pick one. I’d love the change to own it though!
My college ages daughter just moved into an apartment and she and her roommate have decorated with owls and bird every where. How fun it would be to add a little quilt from this line. I love it. Thanks Mary Jo
I am currently on a self-imposed sewing/crafting break because of a big examination coming up next month, but it would be so lovely to have some fabrics to look forward to when I’m done!!! Thanks for the chance!
Holy smokes that’s some cute stuff! I’m a major lurker on this blog but could not resist commenting this time…
(my pg belly’s so big I couldn’t hide anymore anyway… sigh, puff, puff, pant…
This fabirc looks like it would be fun to play with. love the dots!
I always love seeing what you are up to…so inspiring! And what I want to know is: how do you get so much done so quickly?!? Amazing.
thanks for the generous giveaway! I’m awaiting Daisies and Dots, patiently. That line has made it possible for me to say “no” to almost everything else–I’m saving up to splurge!
This line is really cute! The lovely ladies at the Fabric Shack gave my daughter a pack of 2×2 squares from this line today and I can’t wait to make her a little doll quilt with them. Hmm, I guess I should get her a doll too, huh?
thanks for the giveaway! i am a polka dot fan – so this looks really fun!
oh i love this fabric! thank you for sharing it. i love seeing your work. i am in awe of how much you are able to create! even though i have little time to sew, i so enjoy seeing what you have made!!! thanks for the giveaway ~ amanda
hello
i’d love to win
oo, pretty! Nothing much fun in my weekend I am afraid. My daughter had a birthday party and then went to see tall ships in the harbour, but I missed out because I was in bed sick! and I am not buying fabric right now – too much stash already, too little spare cash!
Very pretty fabrics but not too cutesy…light fresh colors…love the brown dots. I’ve been buying up all the Good Folks fab I can find online. Hate that it’s been discontinued.
Please post if there are any other lines that you know of that have been discontinued. I still feel bad that I never got any of the first Far Far Away!
Thanks for the great giveaway. This fabric looks cute. I am waiting for the Dream On fabric, I really love it.
I love these fabrics. I have been coveting the new meadowsweet and some of the new lecien holiday happy. Last weekend I was helping my husband retile our house and trying to keep our 2 year old occupied while tiling away.
Never worked with charm packs so far…but would love to try it out. Great giveaway!
This fabric collection looks great!
This would be great for a baby quilt I need to make for my sister!
Egads!! those are lovely!
Love the simplicity of all of your quilts. Well-chosen fabrics sometimes paired with unlikely ‘neighbors’ make for an elegant and understated bit of loveliness. Still wild about & collecting favorite older fabrics before they go away forever, while looking forward to some of the newer collections. At the moment, can’t wait to get my hands on Robert Kaufman’s Betty Dear.
We had fun (not) this weekend tidying the house in preparation for a visit for our nephew Charlie (which will be fun!!) Tidying, especially on the scale of One Who Does No Housework means there wasn’t much time for sewing this weekend
Oh, what pretty fabric! I’d love to win. Thanks for having a giveaway!
Our grand kids are here right now, so I don’t have time to sew. I am looking forward to some quiet days next week. I love all the MoMo fabrics. This one is great with the owls. Thanks for your giveaway
I got to watch my youngest daughter stand up on her own for the first time this weekend, which is always so exciting!
Thanks for the chance to win! The fabric is so cute!
I love owls Thanks for the chance
Oh how cute!!! I have been dying to try my hand at a charm pack quilt! This would be perfect for my newbaby girl!
Wow! I just love your quilts. I’ve been reading your site for a while now and am inspired by all of your beautiful quilts. I don’t quilt … quilting intimidates me, but after seeing your projects, I think that maybe I can give it a try. Soon, perhaps!
Love these fabrics..if only I could be so lucky!!
What a lovely fabric collection! Something about the weekend: I took my son, 3 1/2 to a printing demonstration at Ink And Spindle, independent eco-conscious fabric printers in Melbourne. I’m training him to love fabric! bellgirlsblog [at] gmail [dot] com
Love all the MoMo and I’m still hanging on to some Wonderland until I find just the right project.
I’m digging all this vintage throw back prints these designers are doing – reminds me of being a kid in the summer.

Hello and thanks for the giveaway! I love these whimsical little prints!
I spent the weekend cuddling sick kiddies (got to love the back-to-preschool germ fest) and sewing the binding onto a quilt, I have a big pot of chili on the stove today and am looking forward to some more hand sewing tonight. Sewing really provides a lot of sanity to this mama. And always love the excitement of new fabric (hint, hint).
I would love to see this fabric line in person. My good friend’s son and his wife just announced that they are expecting their first child, so add another baby quilt to my to do list…..
Love the fabrics! It would be so fun to do some creating with them!
This is one of my favorites too! (and I don’t have any yet, hint, hint!)
SheilaC

My daughter would love these fabrics.
Actually got to spend the whole weekend quilting! That doesnt happen often!
Love these new fabrics. Perfect for a baby quilt.
Oh my the fabric is lovely! Last weekend we visited some friends and picked up black walnuts from around their trees. I want to try dying some fabric and yarn with the walnut hulls and then the same friends had a large grapevine and we ate lots of yummy grapes. YUM!
509 comments! Shows how nice the quilt looks. I really like the tree fabric and the clear brightness of the fabrics. I’ll definitely adding some yardage of this line to my stash.
I am waiting to buy some Tufted Tweets, not that it isn’t availabe yet but just that I haven’t bought it yet. I am also looking forward to Anna Maria Horner’s new line.

It looks great! I would love to make a quilt like this! I love the bright fabrics in this line especially the one with the little owls on it (bit of an obsession with owls!) and the dots. At the moment I am looking forward to Anna Maria Horner’s new line. Thanks for the chance!
Great quilt! Just want to say I really love your blog!
I love the fabric (and the quilt). My weekend started very excitingly when I went to visit a good friend who i havent seen for a few weeks and it turned out she was in labor and no one was with her. I stayed with her until her partner came home and her baby girl was born at 10pm that night! How special did I feel to be able to share some of such and amazing time for her?!
I think this line is cheerful and fun! Everytime I say MoMo, I think of Lady Gaga….momomomo…beginning of poker face.
What a cheerful line! Thanks for the chance to win a charm pack. Why do they come out with pre cuts first anyway? Do you know?
So cute! Thanks so much for sharing!
That line is adorable! I would like some Tufted Tweets sometime soon, but have too many projects to spend more money of fabric right now!
I agree, can’t wait for Heather Ross’ spring kokka line. Just got a few items from her spoonflower collection, so that should hold me over a little )at least until we get a peek)!
SUCH CUTE FABRICS!
WOULD LOVE TO WIN ONE!
THANKS FOR SHARING!
what a great giveaway! hope you had a good weekend. I spent it celebrating my husband’s birthday & working on a quilt for my dad’s birthday, now I’m already thinking about the next one
I love looking at your blog for inspiration!
Wonderland is my favorite! I used it in my daughter’s room. Alas, I have run out. I’m thinking of making a fleece-backed blanket with the Hoot fabric for Winter. Thanks for the preview!
i could use some new cute fabric-therapy. life’s complicated right now and a cute new project would be fantastic!
This is one of the lines I’m waiting for the yardage to be available. Also Dream On by Urban Chiks.
What a cute line of fabric. We’ve been having nasty spring storms here, so I’ve been getting lots of sewing done.
some free fabric would greatly enhance my teensy stash!

~Amy
Love this collection – can’t wait for the yardage!
Love this fabric, and I love your blog! Thanks for the inspiration!
Nice quilt and charm packs are a great way to get a feel for the prints before fabric by the bolt becomes available.
So cute. I have a few new babies in the area that could use a cute little something! I had a nice weekend shopping for scooters with my husband!
Oh…great fabrics!!!!! Fun from my weekend? Well, I had made a quilt for a friend a couple of years ago and she, unknown to me, put that quilt in a quilt show for our local, small town, Fun Days! I never had a quilt that I had made displayed before! I was so honored that she did that. It made my weekend. Now, winning that lovely fabric would make my week! Have a great Tuesday!
Sooo pretty! I want some!
These would be a welcome addition to my stash and would definitely become a quilt. Thanks for the giveaway!
These are so cute! I have to agree about the green and white polka dots too. I’d love to win them. I spent the weekend celebrating my 31st birthday. My husband and inlaws worked hard with me all day saturday to put in a garden. (and my allergies prove it)
I’m so glad to see your take on these new fabrics and I’m glad to see how bright they are.
Oh, please enter me in your giveaway. I had some of these charm packs favorited on Etsy, and just had to remove them as they had sold. Rather than look for a new listing, I’ll take my chances HERE for now.
You’re so generous ! Thank you !

A friend just found out she is having a baby, wouldn’t this be perfect! Lovely. Thanks for sharing!
Great giveaway! I seem to be starting more projects than I’m finishing lately, but I’m hoping that this weekend brings some quality quilting time my way!
Why weekend? Saturday my brother had an Eid Fitri’s makan (eating) at his house. Then, on Sunday I attended my first ever crafts market: Arts for Grab. Not very successful at all but I managed to meet some other crafters and a schoolmate from twenty years ago (yikes, I’m that old).
I am totally into woodland creatures. The combination of colors and prints is awesome!
I love fabric with birds. I hope you pick me!
Polka dots are ALWAYS a good addition! Personally I am counting the days until Flower Sugar comes back out. Can’t wait!
Just discovered your site last week. Love it. Now I read you’re giving some yummies away….woo hoo! Thanks for all the great inspiration.
What fun charm packs and wow I’m excited to see Heather Ross’s new line too!
Thanks for the giveaway!
I’d love to have some new fabric with birds!
I can’t wait for AMH’s new line! Velveteen!
I love free fabric! Over the weekend I finished sewing my first shirt. So fun! Now I’m ready to work on a quilt.
What a fun new fabric line! I’ve never worked with a charm pack before, so this would be a great opportunity.
Too cute! Unfortunately all the sewing related fun I had this weekend was washing fabric in preparation to make aprons.
Oh I LOVE the eclectic mix of fabrics in this quilt. And a giveaway? YIPPEE!!!
Love the fabric! And that it would suit a little girl or boy…or me!
What lovely fabrics, and as always a lovely quilt as well!
I love the “It’s a Hoot” fabric. It’s adorable! Would love to win some
.
I’d love to win the charm packs! I need a nice easy project sewing a bunch of charms together. Also think my daughter would LOVE a little lovey quilt with these fabrics!
Am really looking forward to Parisville and Anna Maria Horner’s new fabrics too! Maybe I’d better get a 2nd job…Love MoMo (and owls) too!
Love those prints! The quilt is so pretty! How many charm packs does it take for a quilt that size? Id love to see it when its all put together. Im new to quilting, if you couldnt tell lol. Thanks for the chance to win!!
would love to win some adorable owl fabric to add to my stash!
I finally quilted my bento box quilt over the weekend, that was inspired by yours!
Oh yes! I love Momo – Wonderland is also a big favourite of mind, and this new line looks adorable. I love that it’s so versatile. My favourite fabric news is waiting excitedly for Anna Maria Horner’s new line. Velveteen… hmmmmm!!
Good job Moda! I’d love to win these charm packs! Your baby quilt is lovely!
Love Momo lines – wonderland is one of my absolute faves. I’m really looking forward to Dream On…and Bliss, of course!
Beautiful beautiful stuff. Love it!
I saw this line on ebay and thought it was too cute! This weekend I ran a half marathon and had a blast!
i think i have looked at this pack before and put it on my wish list. The polka dots are great basics to have. I’d make a skirt for my 5yo
What fun colors! Much more exciting than most of what I saw at a Quilt show this weekend that will remain nameless to protect the innocent. Keep up the great work!
Absolutely adorable! Thanks for the heads-up!
Cute – what a great mix of color!
I’m waiting on the yardage of Dream On. Love that line!
So cute! I love that quilt. It would be fun to make something with these fabrics.
love the fabric! i just started sewing quilts and am amazed by yours(quantity and quality). thanks for the chance!
I have been dying for this fabric to come out! I’m totally in love!
Ooh, I love the branches. Can’t wait for yardage of this to be available!
Hi! That fabric’s cute!
I have only just got my jelly roll of ‘Its a Hoot’ and was thinking the same thing – gotta get my hands on some of those basics. I also am waiting on the yardage of Dream On (just for a couple of the prints) to go with my fat quarter bundle.
Great giveaway and great quilt.
Please remove as I did not think my first comment posted – thanks.
I am also waiting for the yardage. There are some fabulous basics included in the range.
Well, I don’t have anything fun or exciting to say, but free fabric sure would be fun! I’m a very frugal quilter/sewer, so I don’t have a lot of extra sitting around. Having a fun pack (or two) to pick from would be great!
What a great giveaway! I just finished a quilt top this weekend and was thinking I need to delve into some brighter/fun colors. Love your quilts!
I love momo and I love heather ross but right now I’m working on a quilt with my Arcadia jelly roll. I love it and wish there was more Arcadia out there.
What a very pretty set of prints! I could have such fun with the fabric.
This fabric is such a hoot! Love it!
Thanks for the chance to win that fabric looks so cute I am waiting for parisville and Heather Ross’s new fabric.
the quilt top is beautiful,
thanks for sharing!
Love these prints….and yes, can’t wait for the new HR line!
spent the weekend bicycling in the mist in the San Juan Islands
I spent part of the weekend on a 4 wheel bike mustering cattle through a deep creek – not my idea of a fun way to spend my time! I still have some “Wonderland” I can’t bring myself to cut into, so Hoot looks like suffering the same fate. Gotta love the MoMo team.
I love the HOot line, have been dying to get some. I also love Bliss and Domestic Diva. You quilt top is really pretty, that pattern is on my short list to make. I have two blessing gowns left to do, a laptop sleeve, couple of owls and then my time might be my own to create what I want!
I would love to win the charm packs! I think this line is adorable. But sadly, I haven’t been able to buy any new fabrics lately (can you say withdrawal? ugh!) since my husband made me pinky-swear I wouldn’t add to the stash until after we’ve finished with Christmas. I swear, it’s torturous! So as for myself, I am glad HR’s new line won’t be out until post holiday just so that I don’t have to stare longingly at it while my fabric funds are on hiatus. LOL
Pick me pick me! Thank you for being so inspiring and keeping me up-to-date on the new cool fabrics.
I love your website Ashley! You give me great ideas and inspiration. Keep up the good work! And yes, I’d love that charm pack!!!
If win, this would be my first time using novelty prints so please sign me up for the charms giveaway. I’ve read your blog for a long time – it’s how I was introduced to the concepts of modern quilts and virtual bees.
Ooh. Love this fabric line. I can think of loads of things to make with a couple of charm packs. Thanks for sharing.
what fun fabric! I’m on the hunt for something that both my 11 and 3 yr old daughters will like – they want to share a bed and need a new quilt.
What pretty fabric!
Happy Monday to you too! I can’t wait til I can buy some of Sweetwater’s newest line…”PURE”… It’s out, but I have too many projects right now to finish before I can shop for more!
This is a really nice giveaway! Thank you for sharing!
As soon as I saw those polka dots, it was love for me too! I’m always on the lookout for good polka dots! I would love to win a charm pack with these beauties!
so cute, so sweet. Love it so.
I love fabric. Have I mentioned that before?
Ooh-love all the polka dots!
Love your blog! Love love the range too.
Oh what fun! I’d heard about “It’s a hoot” from Monica of the Happy Zombie blog and would love to have some for my very own.
Thanks for the generous giveaway!
i love these fabrics- think they are my new fave…love your quilt!! : )
Cute fabrics! What a nice giveaway. Thanks so much for offering it!
I’ve been following your blog for a while now…so much inspiration.
Mainly, I’m waiting for my fabric diet to be finished so I can pick up some FFAII, especially the owl/pussycat fabric in plum. Yum!
Last weekend was my son’s 4th birthday party….it was so fun to watch him. He was soooo excited and loved playing with his friends and opening presents!
I have my favorite of this line.
oh, so cute! i love all the patterns too, i always need more polka dots!
right now i’m really loving halloween fabric – i’m in the middle of a quilt using the alexander henry ghastlies line, and i’m waiting impatiently for payday to buy a bunch of eerie alley by SEI for robert kaufman. i love the bright colours!
i spent my weekend catching up with a quilt-a-long – http://blog.fatquarterly.com/2010/09/quilt-along-post-3-block-assembly.html
i have a million WIPs, but for some reason, i decided i needed to put them aside and make something simple, with instructions, that would be relaxing to make. so far so good! hopefully i’ll be refreshed and ready to get back to the projects that i’m doing without patterns after i finish it!

Not sure whether it still counts or not. Anyway, we were on a walk this weekend and occupied our 2yrs one collecting chestnuts. Since there weren’t enough we took some from his bucket to spread them. Finally, he noticed and spread happily after all his chestnuts til the bucket was empty. Seemed to be even more fun then collecting them
For the fabric, I am waiting for Shades of Grey, which is supposed to arrive next year.
Great idea to make a sweet quilt, thanks for sharing!
I’d love to tell you about my projects but I’ve yet to make my first quilt, I’ve been lusting after yours for ages now, reading and looking at everything to do with quilting for months. It’s not exactly big here in Ireland so information is quite hard to come by, thank goodness for the internet! Please pick me as it would be the boost I need to finally take the plunge and attempt my first quilt.
Woot, woot! I love it (both the hoot fabric and the quilt). Thanks for the chance to win some!
Thanks for the giveaway! I don’t win these things, but here’s hoping you pick #667 (wow!). The fabric is fantastic!

This baby quilt is so cute! Thanks for all the inspiration, I’m looking at making a quilt in the same pattern as your Timber quilt. I currently have my eye on the Doohikey Disigns for Riley Blake fabrics for a blanket for a my little nephew.
Ohh … doom and gloom about the price of cotton because of the crazy weather. If the price has gone up 67%, what will that mean for us?
What a fun giveaway! I’d totally make a little baby quilt as well. Love it!

Ooh, I haven’t seen that collection yet but I love it!
That is an adorable line! It is definitely on my wish list.
Personally my favorites are Moda designs but the stores in Mexico don´t buy it or is more expensive to import them, I don´t know. Instead we find lots of RJR fabrics or Robert Kaufmann designs.
